Job Description
As a Ward Registered General Nurse (Ward RGN) at Optimised Care, you will play a vital role in the care and recovery of patients in a ward setting. Your responsibilities will include assessing and monitoring patients’ conditions, administering medications, and providing support and comfort throughout their recovery.
You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team, ensuring the highest standards of patient care are met. Your role will also involve effective communication with patients, families, and the healthcare team, ensuring that each patient’s journey is safe, comfortable, and well-supported.

Qualifications
Qualifications: Degree in Nursing or equivalent.
Registration: Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or ward-based setting is preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication and teamwork skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and a compassionate approach to patient care.
Attributes: Confidence, competence, and sound clinical judgment.
