Job Description
As a Ward Healthcare Assistant (Ward HCA) at Optimised Care, you will provide essential support to patients and the wider healthcare team. Your role will involve assisting patients with their day-to-day needs, maintaining a comfortable environment, and ensuring that patients receive exceptional care during their stay.
You will work closely with the nursing and multidisciplinary teams, playing an integral part in delivering high-quality patient care. Your kindness and attentiveness will help create a positive experience for patients and their families.

Qualifications
Qualifications: A relevant qualification in healthcare (e.g., NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care) is desirable, but not essential.
Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare or patient-facing role is advantageous but not essential.
Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work as part of a team, and strong organizational abilities.
Attributes: Compassionate, patient, attentive to detail, and adaptable to a fast-paced healthcare environment.
